AGARN -GYŐRÚJBARÁT, EGYÜTT-EGYMÁSÉRT, SVÁJCI-MAGYAR EGYÜTTMŰKÖDÉSI PROGRAM

Győrújbarát Község Polgármesterét Győrújbaráton lakó svájci állampolgár kereste
meg azzal, hogy Agarn település önkormányzata szívesen létesítene a Győrújbarát
Község Önkormányzatával oktatási és kulturális intézményeivel szakmai
kapcsolatot. A 900 lakosú településnek iskolája, óvodája és 25 civilszervezete
van. A svájci település önkormányzati delegációja 2009-ben látogatta meg
településünket, iskolánkat. 2011-ben ismét megkerestek bennünket a fenti
kéréssel. Az élő kapcsolat létrehozásához és működtetéséhez azonban a pénzügyi
fedezetet is meg kell teremteni.

A
Testvértelepülési és Partnerségi Pályázati Alap (TPPA) nem csak a
Magyarország és Svájc közötti kétoldalú kapcsolatok elmélyítését szolgálja,
hanem egyfajta "arculatot" ad a Svájci Hozzájárulás Programnak Magyarországon. A
TPPA nem kizárólag klasszikus testvérvárosi kapcsolatok kialakítására törekszik,
hanem a civil szervezetek, intézmények, szövetségek, iskolák, kulturális és
szociális partnerek közötti kapcsolatok kialakítását is támogatja. A TPPA átfogó
célja az összes partner számára előnyös aktív tapasztalatcsere megvalósítása
különböző szinteken.

Pályázó csak a magyar partner lehet, de a svájci
település önkormányzatának hozzájárulása is kötelező. A pályázatot
Magyarországon kellett benyújtani magyar és angol nyelven.

A TPPA keretén
belül 18.000.000 forint pénzügyi támogatás nyertünk. A pályázathoz 10% önerőt
kell biztosítani. Az elnyert támogatásból a svájci partner tevékenysége maximum
40 % lehet.

A kisprojekt tartalma

A projektterv szerint négy utazással egybekötött kulturális és szakmai
tapasztalatcserét tartalmaz a pályázat. Ezek a látogatások hozzájárulnak a
testvértelepülési/partnerségi kapcsolatok kiépítéséhez és megerősítéséhez Ebből
kettő a svájci partner látogatását finanszírozná, kettő pedig az innen utazók
költségeit fedezné.

A svájci településen létrehozunk egy “Magyar szobát”,
mely településünket, megyénket és országunkat mutatná be. (Népművész által
készített festett bútorokkal, népviseletbe öltöztetett babákkal, hazánk
jellegzetes népművészeti tárgyaival). A projekt infokommunikációs eszközöket is
tartalmaz, így fotókon és filmen is bemutatjuk Magyarországot, településünket.
Ehhez kapcsolódóan két három nyelvű (magyar-német-angol) kiadványt adunk ki a
két községről . A projekt végén egy dvd-t készítünk a14 hónap alatt felvett
közös programokról, mellyen a két település kisfilmen is bemutatkozik.

Iskoláink ország ismereti vetélkedőre készülnek, melyet az interneten keresztül
fogunk bonyolítani. Az óvodák pedig projekt héten mutatják be a legkisebbeknek a
két települést.

A projekt megvalósítását 14 hónapra terveztük, 2012.
július 1-től -2013. augusztus 31-ig.

AGARN-GYŐRÚJBARÁT TOGETHER FOR EACH OTHER

The aim of the project is the permanent contactbetween the two townships, with
the help of which both partners can take ovet the good experiences of the other.
This will be very helpful for their own social and economical development. This
must be started with getting to know the other thoruoghfully becauset the
initial meeting has already taken place. With the help of this project the
civilorganisations of the township will also get a chance to exchange the good
experiences. The best form for it is a cultural event where besides the
presentation of our national traditions there will be an opportunity of informal
talk.

The next step a meeting for our professionals, the mutual exchange
of good experiences and practice through their work (primary education, nursery
education, administration, civil life).

The interest of bigger part of
the society can be awoken with the help of publications and and websites. Photos
and videos are also good for this reason where they can probably see their
relatives and friends ont he events already happened . The personal reports and
experiences are the best advertisment for a such relationships.

The
Hungarian room in Switzerland and the exhibitions ensure a long term visual
experience and the transmission of the knowledge.
The project realization
time is 14 months. There has to be at least a 3-months gap between the journeys
so that there will be enough time for the experiences to settle. We plan to
issue the publications with containing the results. The establishment of the
Hungarian room should be done int he second half of the time frame, it has to be
prepared thoroughfully because it is an important part of the sustainability.
All acivities of our application is based on the fact that both partners,
besides their own opportunities, have to be an active participant of the
project.

That is why we plan the journeys in a form that the dominant
characters of social life in both townships could undertake tasks in the forming
and maintaining of these connections. Hopefully a wider range of the population
will be able to enjoy the results. The Swiss partner has already declared that
they take on the tasks with pleasure for the sake of the success. There will be
an equal task sharing concerning administrative matters. The assurance of the
premises for the establishment of the Hungarian room as well as its running is
the task of the partner and the applicant provides the furniture.

The
project activities have been defined that easily measurable results will be
produced. The opinion of the local community will be shown by the fact whether
they want to go on with this programme in the coming years. The more people get
to know the project the easier it will be to create the equality of chances.
Once friendships are formed travelling and connections will be much easier
because of the reduction of costs. The sustainable development will be assured
by the satisfied professional communities and civil organisations, theis new
ideas will be backed up by the local goverment.
